Autograph may refer to:
- A type of signature; see autograph
- A type of document, written in the author's hand; see autograph. If bearing the author's signature, an autographic document (e.g. a will) may be referred to as a holograph.
- Autographic film, invented in 1914 and discontinued in 1932; a type of roll film which allowed a photographer to add written information to the margin of a print at the time of exposure.
- Autograph Records, a small company from Chicago which made jazz records from 1921 to 1926.
