Autotrax EDA is an electronic design automation software made by Kovac Software with a download base of over 60 000 people, and is used in many educational institutions due to it being free. Autotrax supports schematic and PCB design as well as SPICE simulation.

AutoTRAX EDA is owned by Ilija Kovacevic, the author of the software. Currently AutoTRAX EDA is available on Microsoft Windows platforms. However, work is well under way in making it available on the Linux and Apple Mac OSX platorms. The multiple platform version is called Leonardo. Leonardo is currently free and available from the links below. The User group currently has 2,500 members.
