[edit] earlier comment

This article needs a picture of the Indonesian Justice Minister rather than the President. Where/how can I get one that's copyright cleared? DavidYork71 11:33, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] External links

Does such a short article really need so many external links? Are they all valid according to WP:EL?? --Merbabu 13:32, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Removed section:Issues of Relevance to the Agreement

I've removed the following:

In respect of prisoners transfered:

  • to what extent the continuance of punishments will be regulated by the law and procedure of the receiving judicial system
  • whether and in what circumstances judicial review of sentences and/or convictions will be available in the receiving judicial system
  • what minumum period of sentence is to be served before a prisoner becomes eligible for transfer
  • Indonesian practice of remitting sentence contrasted with Australian practice of parole for good behaviour
  • whether persons sentenced to home detention would be covered
  • which Indonesian justice organ will have responsibility for consenting to transfers

These are all good questions, but in general, we should be providing answers, not questions. Regards, Ben Aveling 10:27, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
