Austria Microsystems is a semiconductor device manufacturer founded in 1981 and based in Unterpremstätten near Graz, Austria but with representation around the world. Employing around 800 people as of 2005.

Austria Microsystems (often known as "AMS") design and manufacture analogue and Mixed-signal integrated circuit devices. These include customised and standard analog circuit devices, Application Specific Integrated Circuits ASIC and datasheet marketed products. Specialising in power management, sensors & sensor interfaces, portable and automotive audio devices.
