Australian cricket team in Pakistan in 1959-60

The Australian cricket team toured Pakistan in the 1959-60 season. Australia won the series 2-0. They won the first test by 8 wickets, the second by 7 wickets and drew the last test.

The teams played three 5 day tests. The first test was played at the Dacca Stadium in Dhaka on November 13 1959. The second test was played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on November 21 1959. The third test was played at the National Stadium in Karachi December 4 1959.

Norm O'Neill scored 134 in the second test for Australia. Saeed Ahmed scored 166 in the second test, and Hanif Mohammed socred 101 in the third test for Pakistan.

Richie Benaud was the leading wicket taker of the series with 18.

Australia also played one 3-day first class match against President's XI in Rawalpindi on November 28 1959. Australia won this match by 3 wickets.
