Australian Meat Holdings is better know as AMH in the beef industry and to wholesale consumers. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swift and Company. Swift is a USA based diversified beef and pork feeder, processor and further processor of value added products. AMH's processing plants are based in the Australian state of Queensland where it operates a number of beef slaughter plants.
