Austin Reed is a British fashion retailer known for its menswear. It is an upmarket chain, which has been struggling to overcome a traditionalist image and a decline in the market for suits. Its marquee London branch is on Regent Street.

Austin Reed Group PLC was cancelled after a takeover bid by Darius Capital LTD officially on 8th Jan 2007, therefore has been removed from the London Stock Exchange.
