Augustus Pearl Martin (b. Abbot, Maine November 23, 1835 - d. Dorchester, Massachusetts 1902) was an American politician from Massachusetts who served as mayor of Boston in 1884.

Born in Abbott, Piscataquis County, Maine on November 23, 1835, Augustus Pearl Martin as a General during the American Civil War and was a member of the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States. He served as the mayor of Boston in 1884. He died in Dorcester, Massachusetts in 1902 and is interred at Mount Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
