According to The Hollywood Reporter and IMDB, August is a film about two brothers fighting to keep their dot.com company afloat in August of 2001, a month before the 9/11 attacks. Film is starring Josh Hartnett and Naomi Harris. Being Directed by Austin Chick. Being produced by Charlie Corwin, Clara Markowicz, David Guy Levy, Elisa Pugliesi, and Josh Hartnett.
