[edit] march 26 2005
Today, I am wikifying some Deadend_pages.
I can't seem to find the template for "this article should be moved to wiktionary"
Oh, I found it: it's
{{move to Wiktionary}}
[edit] april 18 2005
Today added stubs for Travis High School and LBJ High School. Atlantima 19:17, 18 Apr 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Charles Lafontaine
Charles Lafontaine was Swiss, not Swedish (unless you know something the article doesn't know.) I tried replacing Sweden-bio-stub with Switzerland-bio-stub or Swiss-bio-stub with no success. Maybe we should just revert the stub notice. Art LaPella 21:14, September 7, 2005 (UTC)

- Oops. I always get those mixed up. --Atlantima 23:26, 7 September 2005 (UTC)

- I do things like that too. Since you know bio-stubs better than I do, could you fix it or suggest a specific fix? Art LaPella 23:48, September 7, 2005 (UTC)

- Charles doesn't seem to fit into any of the bio-stub sub-categories, so I changed it back to just bio-stub.--Atlantima 00:49, 8 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Reasons for POV check?
What are your reasons for nominating A.B._Simpson for a Wikipedia:POV check ?. From what I can see there is no POV in the article, maybe I'm missing something that you can see. Please clarify on Talk:A.B._Simpson. Thanks — Wackymacs 17:45, 18 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Category:Web sites
About a week ago, you tried to afd Category:Web sites. I've just reverted it, since
- the afd was incomplete (see WP:AFD#How to list pages for deletion for the full process),
- categories should be listed at Wikipedia:Categories for deletion, not afd, and
- category redirects, such as this one, tend to be kept.
If you still wish for the category to be deleted, please follow the instructions at WP:CFD. Thank you. —Cryptic (talk) 07:47, 11 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Abraham Hirschfeld
Thanks for wikifying this page... just, let it be known that the version you wikified was by a user who continuously adds copyvio material to the article so I had to revert your work. Thanks for the effort though and I just figured it might help you to know. :) gren グレン 10:30, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Donovan Patton.gif)
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Donovan Patton.gif. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that your image can be used under a fair use license. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If your image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why your image was deleted. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Shyam (T/C) 22:54, 10 March 2006 (UTC)

Hi! I notice you play RuneScape. Maybe you might like to take a look at the Runescape wiki and think about joining us? Just a thought. Hope to see you there. Megalodon99 Talk 14:08, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Kent Cummins.jpg listed for deletion
An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Kent Cummins.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in its not being deleted. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 00:53, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- The image I posted is released under a Creative Commons license making it a freely useable image. The one you posted is not freely useable. -Nv8200p talk 20:57, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry, you don't like the image but free use almost always trumps fair use, especially when it is a living person. You should post your reservations at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. -Nv8200p talk 21:03, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Morrowind Nord Arch.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Morrowind Nord Arch.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. Thank you.
