Atlantic City Outlets The Walk

Atlantic City Outlets The Walk is a 55-store retail outlet mall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It is the first and only outlet mall in South Jersey and Atlantic County. The mall opened in August 2003 with the opening of Nautica. The open-air mall offers a Gross leasable area (GLA) of 320,000 sq. ft.[1]
The outdoor mall is currently undergoing an expansion to expand the mall from 5 to 15 blocks. Stores and blocks are expected to open in phases. The outlet mall is located at the intersections of Atlantic Avenue, Arctic, Baltic, Michigan and Arkansas Avenues. The Cordish Company owns the mall. Kim Butler is the general manager.
