La Flor de Lis cubana, is complete different from the picture. There are not Cuban Scouts in Exile but is true that Cuban-Americans and other national Scouts together with Boy Scout of America, celebrated in Miami, Florida, the annual Lincoln Marti Camporee. There are not Boy Scouts in Cuba since 1962, any young member of the Scouts the Cuba at that time,is over 50 years old, maybe and exile but not a boy Scout.
