From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dr. Aslam Abdullah is the director of the Islamic Society of Nevada, the editor of the Muslim Observer and the director of the Muslim Electorates Council of America.

He recently wrote a letter in response to the exhortion of the leader of al-Qaida in Iraq, Abu Hamza al-Muhajer to, "Kill at least one American in the next two weeks," criticizing Muslim extremism. In the letter he accused al-Muhajer of, "thriv[ing] on the misery of thousands of Muslim youth and children who are victims of despotism, poverty and ignorance," of "abandon[ing] God and...worshipping your own satanic egos that rejoice at the killing of innocent people", and of being, "an enemy of Islam as much as you are an enemy of America."[1]
