The image is from the opening credits of the television show The Suite Life of Zack and Cody produced by Disney. The copyright to the image, thus, would belong to Disney. However, since it is a screen capture, it is covered by Fair Use policy at Wikipedia according to WP:FU and would be appropriate to use in articles that discuss Ashley Tisdale's character of Maddie Fitzpatrick, including The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Maddie Fitzpatrick~~, and Ashley Tisdale~~. If you disagree with this, please state why. If you don't, I'll add the image back and remove the orphan notice, as it obviously wasn't orphaned. Debuskjt 18:33, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
