Ashwood Secondary College is situated in the suburb of Ashwood.

Originally made up of Ashwood High School and Ashwood Technical School, Ashwood Secondary College was created after a merger in 1988. This has meant the Ashwood Secondary College offers a wide range to technical subjects, along with more traditional subjects. In more recent times, the curriculum has expanded to include an extensive arts program.
