Ashok Singhal

Ashok Singhal is the International President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. Construction of Ram Temple at Ram Birth place in Ayodhya has been his life-time objective. He has been one of the major faces of Ram Janmabhoomi Movement.
His efforts through Vishwa Hindu Parishad for eradication of caste system, superistition, reforming hindu society and unification of entire hindu society is phenomenal. He had been voracious speaker and outspoken critic of pseudo-secularism policies of successive Indian regimes which he views caters to the anti-hindu groups and anti-national elements. He has courted arrests many times by successive Governments. His critics allege him and sangh parivar as communal.
