Ashley Benson

Ashley Victoria Benson (born December 18, 1989 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress.

She has been dancing since she was a toddler, and has been singing since she the age of five. She has appeared on several television shows, including The District, The OC, Zoey 101, The West Wing, Strong Medicine and The Inside. She has also appeared in the film 13 Going on 30 as a "Six Chick." Benson's most recent role is as Abby Deveraux, daughter of supercouple Jack and Jennifer Deveraux, on the hit soap Days of Our Lives. After appearing as a recurring character on the show for a few months, Benson was upgraded to contract status in the summer of 2005.

Benson has also had a cameo in Lil Romeo and Solange's music video for the song "True Love". Her career has also drifted into the realm of modeling; she has done a photo shoot for Vogue Magazine with Britney Spears, and has also appeared in various commercials. Most recently, she appeared in NTL's video for "That Girl."

On March 20th, 2007 it was announced that actress Emily Montague was to replace Ashley on Days of Our Lives, for 2 episodes, airing April 2nd to 3rd, due to an illness. Soap Opera Digest revealed in a late March 2007 edition that Benson is leaving the show entirely, possibly to do a film. It is not known if Montague will replace her permanently.
