The ASDW Association of Small Direct Wine Merchants (United Kingdom) was founded in 2003 as a non-profit trade body to assist UK small wine merchants, typically importers, to support members in their fight against measures in the UK Licensing Act 2003.

The Association of Small Direct Wine-Merchants (ASDW) was formed, as the name implies, by a group of British independent small wine merchants directly selling to the general public via mail order and the internet.

There are currently around 23 members.

The ASDW is affiliated to the WSTA, the Wine and Spirit Trade Association

The ASDW publishes Grapestalk an online free wine magazine.
