Arzoo is a 1965 film directed by Ramanand Sagar. It stars Sadhana, Rajendra Kumar and Feroz Khan in the lead role. It was a very successful flick of 1965. Arzoo is the story of a love that triumphed over life and fate. Arzoo's songs are classified as Shankar-Jaikishan's master-piece.

Gopal is a skiing champion. Gopal (Rajendra Kumar) meets Usha on his holidays at Kashmir. Then they both fall in love. One day, Usha tells Gopal that she doensn't likes disabled people. After spending his holidays at Kashmir and promissing Usha that he'll marry her, he heads back to Delhi, where his parents and a sister named as Sarla lived. But in the way, he looses his one leg in a car accident.

Then Gopal becomes worried . He thoughts Usha will not accept her as a disabled. Then he goes back to Delhi and he does not tells anything about Usha. In the meantime, Usha tries a lot to find him, but after having no sign of him, thinks that Gopal is dead.

Gopal's best friend, Ramesh (Feroz Khan), wanted to marry Usha. After saying "no" for several times, atlast Usha accepts his parents decision and she said yes to this marriage. But at the day of her marriage, something happens and Usha comes to know that Gopal is alive. Then this situation forms the climax of the movie.
