Arvie Lowe Jr. (born on February 3, 1978) is an American actor who guest starred in shows like City Guys, Moesha and Thea. He also had recurring roles on Sister, Sister, Smart Guy but perhaps his best known recurring role was Mr. "Dig" Digby in the Disney Channel Original Series Lizzie McGuire. He also co-starred in feature films like The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Bébé's Kids, Newsies and Trippin'.
