Aruns

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

According to Tacitus, Aruns was the brother of Tarquinius Superbus, the last king of Rome.

During battle, he saw Lucius Junius Brutus, who had led the overthrow of Tarquinius and founded the Roman Republic, at the head of the Roman army, wearing the royal robes which he considered belonged to his house alone. He and Brutus fought and killed each other.
