- Comment - I just noticed there is a recent string of Israeli law firms and lawyers up for AfD and all of them have come from either User:Ju66l3r or User:Edcolins and with one exception, all of them include votes by one or the other, depending on who created the AfD. They include Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Yigal Arnon, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hamburger Evron & Co., Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Eitan Law Group and this one. I find this very troubling possible vote stacking. At User talk:Ju66l3r, there is actual discussion between the two in deleting ALL Category:Law firms in Israel articles! I won't charge an anti-israeli POV, but with all the anti-Semitism I've encountered recently in Wikipedia, I'm very disturbed that law firms or lawyers from this country are singled out for deletion. --Oakshade 23:11, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

I apologize, I had a very good response drafted and lost it from my clipboard in moving to this page. I will retype it in a few minutes.ju66l3r 23:57, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

- I will not speak for Edcolins, but as for my comments on these AfDs, I dispute your suggestions of bad faith. I found the Yigal Arnon article by using the Random article feature and decided it did not meet the notability criteria for WP:BIO so I submitted it for AfD. A bit more searching led me to the Israeli law firm category which was populated primarily by a single user, Elite compact (talk • contribs) (who created the Yigal Arnon article as well as most if not all of the other AfDs listed above and a number of articles that have already been speedily-deleted per db-bio). Unfortunately, this editor created a large number of related articles with limited, if any, assertion of notability per WP:BIO and WP:CORP in any of the articles. Whether these articles were about Israeli law firms or Italian boatmakers was immaterial and does not constitute bad faith or prejudice on my part. It was the fact that they all came from a common source who chose to spam a single category with non-notable articles, not any narrow vision on my part. Furthermore, I posted and contributed to a group of SEO-related AfDs. Does this suggest that I am anti-SEO? The arguments I put forth both in those AfDs and the current list you gathered were valid and even had agreement with administrators and other users. In fact, when Edcolins solicited my advice and independently suggested a number of articles for speedy deletion (per no assertion of notability), I treated every article on their merits separately but ultimately agreed that all were worth tagging for speedy deletion (and ultimately administrator(s) also agreed and removed these articles). Is that administrator also acting in bad faith or from an anti-Israeli PoV/anti-Semitism? Your concerns are unfounded and I ask that you remain concerned about how the article in question sufficiently meets or does not meet the notability criteria and leave any further concerns you have on my neutrality on my talk page.
