Wondering as to why the discussion with 4 keep and 1 weak keep was deleted when there were just 1 delete and 1 weak delete

Can the admin give some explanation Even if there was no consensus, it has to be kept

But here when the consensus was for keep, the admin has to give some explanation justifying his action
