Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/Osseo band festival
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I'm surprised that Wikipedia wants articles to be so universally notable. Why have an open encyclopedia if you don't want it to be complete (including less-known subjects)? Surely, all of the high schools in the wiki aren't universally known. Perhaps you don't trust your users - I created the article solely because I have personal "inside" knowledge of the plans for the event. So this alleged "crystal-balling" is not true whatsoever. Thank you for being so untrusting of your users. From wikimediafoundation.org: "Imagine a world in which every single human being can freely share in the sum of all knowledge. That's our commitment."
