Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/OUTeverywhere

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It's commercial website= so by appearing here it's unfiar free advertising, and it should be deleted. Wikipedia is not an advertising service. Promotional articles about yourself, your friends, your company or products; or articles written as part of a marketing or promotional campaign, may be deleted in accordance with our deletion policies. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by M3J5 (talkcontribs).

There are plenty of commercial products on Wikipedia. The issue is not whether it is a commercial product, but whether it was created to promote the site. Considering I created the article myself (in its present form), I can assuredly say it was created because of its encyclopaedic value, not to promote the site. DELETE - I am a member of OUT, but equity and fairness dictate that if Thingbox was deleted, so should OUT be.
