Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/OUTeverywhere
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It's commercial website= so by appearing here it's unfiar free advertising, and it should be deleted. Wikipedia is not an advertising service. Promotional articles about yourself, your friends, your company or products; or articles written as part of a marketing or promotional campaign, may be deleted in accordance with our deletion policies. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by M3J5 (talk • contribs).
- There are plenty of commercial products on Wikipedia. The issue is not whether it is a commercial product, but whether it was created to promote the site. Considering I created the article myself (in its present form), I can assuredly say it was created because of its encyclopaedic value, not to promote the site. DELETE - I am a member of OUT, but equity and fairness dictate that if Thingbox was deleted, so should OUT be.
