I live in Singapore, and I've never heard of this person, the Galaxy Awards or the films that were mentioned. A search on Google yielded no credible results.

To top it off, his supposed real name "Oh Yee Toh, Simplified Chinese: 胡一刀" is a fictional character from a popular swordfighting series (both print and celluloid).

This article should be deleted. The affiliated article Cheng_sai_mun is equally dubious, created on the same day and making similar references to fictitious awards and movies.
