I suspect that this article has been cut & pasted from another article on the internet. That aside, it is poorly written, not structured & I don't think it's all that notable. This however, could all be fixed with a rewrite, but the copy vio can't. Also, in some ways it sounds like an advertisement for the cancer industry.
