This article is unencyclopedic and appears to be written in a way to advertise the resort the article is reporting on. Since this is a type of vanity article, I suggest that it be deleted. Solarusdude 19:51, August 21, 2005 (UTC)

• Keep and Cleanup. While currently an advertisement, the Sundance Resort is well known for events such as Sundance Festival, there are certainly grounds for an encyclopedic article on this place. While there is certainly grounds for an encylopedic article on this resort, most of this article is a copyvio of [1] and the remaining paragraph reads like an ad. I shall report this as a copyvio.
