- Delete, as a former resident of Evanston this isn't notable, although of the tenants at least the Piven Theater should be (important local drama school, founded by parents of Jeremy Piven), and Light Opera Works already has an article. --Dhartung | Talk 03:40, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
