[edit] Letterism
This is rubbish. --NewAtair Δ 23:04, 28 Feb 2005 (UTC)
Keep art movements. Kappa 00:30, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Keep, this movement continues to have wide influence. --iMb~Mw 01:41, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)Make that a redirect to Lettrism (& of course save any non-duplicated material). (both spellings are in common use) --iMb~Mw 05:37, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)- Keep with cleanup. Spatch 01:55, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Keep. Needs cleanup and expansion; definitely an encyclopedic topic.Merge and redirect to Lettrism. I somehow missed that the first time around despite agreeing that that's the preferred spelling. -- Rbellin|Talk 02:43, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)- Keep. Important movement in art, typology and graphic design. Cnwb 04:52, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect to Lettrism, which appears to be the same movement and the more common spelling and is already an excellent article. Andrewa 11:13, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Merge, as per Andrewa. Radiant! 11:37, Mar 1, 2005 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect, yes, but which spelling? When each is entered into Google by itself, letterism gets more hits, but if you restrict the Google search to art dictionaries, lettrism gets more hits. Having looked at some number of hits, I tend to also favor lettrism, but I would be interested to hear from someone with definitive domain knowledge. HyperZonktalk 17:07, Mar 1, 2005 (UTC)
- Comment: That may be hard to come by, see Talk:Lettrism! That talk page is also the page to discuss the alternative names IMO. But both names seem to have significant usage, so for the moment either redirecting to the other is OK IMO. No change of vote. Andrewa 20:00, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Comment: Indeed, lettrism would seem to be the way to go, then. Redirects are cheap, etc. HyperZonktalk 02:18, Mar 3, 2005 (UTC)
- Merge, cleanup and redirect. Agree with others. --Andylkl 04:17, Mar 5, 2005 (UTC)
