Keep This is not meant as an advertisement, rather a notation about a related website and a definition of lease assumptions. Please note, an article specifically defining "lease assumptions" will be authored shortly. mattmcg
- The issue is not so much it sounding like an advertisement, that was just a secondary comment. The main problem is conforming to WP:WEB. To be acceptable, the article needs to cite sources that establish how the site is notable to make it clear why an article should exist. Comment I will be updating this again tomorrow. There are credible second sources that cite LeaseTrade.com as notable for a number of reasons (e.g. one of the original websites that pioneered the concept). mattmcg
