Fails WP:V and WP:RS as it is completely unreferenced and has no reliable sources either to support notability or to confirm the article's content. Reads like complete cruft as it fails WP:FICT as it is written from a completely non-real-world perspective. Does not assert notability in the slightest, so it could technically be speedied.
