[edit] Dan jason
This person is not notable and may be a vanity page. Was proposed for speedy but author Montydog wished to have it discussed so I felt it proper to grant him that request. Nick Catalano (Talk) 21:35, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
- Weak Delete If his company is of any note beyond the boundaries of his town, then the article could be stubbed and bettered; if it's a small holder of no note, or the company is barely known beyond a small circle of customers - and this latter point is implied by the article as it currently stands - then deletion seems appropriate. doktorb | words 21:38, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
- Keep I know that Mr. Jason has quite a following in B.C. and most likely elsewere for his passion on the issue of GM seeds and the preservation of crop biodiversity. My original intention when I first wrote the article was to make it a stub that others would better, but as you know I,ve only been contributing to Wikipedia for some 2 hours now and I havn't yet figured out how to do that. I just Googled "Dan Jason" and I found 11,200 pages. "Salt Spring Seeds" returned 842. So clearly he and his company are well known outside his hometown. - Keep Person and company are notable enough. Seeds of Diversity is a recognized grass-roots company. I added cleanup and bio-stubs. Atrian 06:08, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
