Wiktionary already has an entry for connecting tubule. De-prodded without comment or further edits. • Keep. Connecting tubule (or connecting duct, as we call it here in the United States) is a small part of the exquisitely intricate and almost completely understood nephron. Although this article is a stub, there is a great deal to say about the role of this particular part of the nephron in the normal production of urine.
