Article states this is describing a "small group on "Yahoo!.com" [sic]. Clearly non-notable. The article includes some crystal-ball claims about future notability, but, you know, Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. The article doesn't do itself any favors by being near-incomprehensible, either.
