How do you get in touch with Art Good regarding a promised refund on tickets for last weekend's concert? I've tried calling JazzTrax and e-mailing info@jazztrax.com and can't get a response. He resold my tickets but I didn't get my refund. I'd appreciate suggestions for how to contact him. Regards
