Artrell Hawkins (born November 24, 1976 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania) is an American football defensive back for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. The 2005-2006 NFL season was his eighth year as an NFL player. He attended Bishop McCort High School. He is known to have a deep voice which resembles movie advertisement.

Hawkins went to college at Cincinnati. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals, where he played cornerback for six years. After one year with the Carolina Panthers, he was signed by an injury-suffering New England Patriots franchise.

In eight years, Hawkins has 374 tackles and ten interceptions, one returned for a touchdown. Hawkins has returned one punt in his career. His cousin is current CFL MVP Geroy Simon.
