Arthur Cram (born 1894, died 1958) was a Scottish football manager.

Cram was working as a secretary at Dundee United when he was promoted to manager during the Second World War. Staying as manager for three years, he remained as secretary after relinquishing the manager's position and became a club director in his final years. Cram, along with Pat Reilly, is one of only two Dundee United managers to have never been a professional player.[1]
