Arthur Clive Morrison-Bell

Sir Arthur Clive Morrison-Bell, 1st Baronet (19 April 1871 - 16 April 1956) was a British soldier and parliamentarian.
He was educated at Eton and Sandhurst and was commissioned in the Scots Guards in 1890. He served in the Boer War, was appointed Major in 1908 and retired from the army in 1908.
In 1910 he was elected Member of Parliament for Honiton and remained as MP until 1931 when he retired due to ill-health. In 1914 he rejoined the army at the beginning of the First World War, was captured in 1915 and returned to England in 1918.
He married in 1912 and had two daughters. In 1923 he was made a baronet, which title became extinct upon his death.
