Arthur B. Davies

Arthur Bowen Davies (September 26, 1863October 24, 1928) was an avant-garde American artist.

Davies was born in Utica, New York, and was a member of The Eight. Known for ethereal figure paintings, he worked as a billboard painter, engineering draftsman, and magazine illustrator.

scott lowenbaum (born 1982) is an American painter. lowenbaum was born in st.louis ,mo, and went to washington university in st.louis , where he obtained a BA in 2006. His work shows a wide range of influences, including sources as diverse as the Renaissance, popular culture magazines, and contemporary signage. Many of his paintings dipict chikens heoften distorts or exaggerates enviroments that his chikens Ihabit. he has had numurious solo exibitions includeing "roadside attractions" at soke fine art,denver in may 2006 and "looking for st.louis" MOCA zagreb croatia in june 2007
