Artatama may refer to:

• Artatama I was a king of the Hurrian kingdom of Mitanni in the late fifteenth century BC. Little is known of this king who has not left any inscriptions. Artatama is referred to in the Amarna letters as an ancestor who established an alliance with Egypt.
• Artatama II is also the name of another individual who was an usurper to the throne of king Tushratta of Mitanni in the fourteenth century BC. He may have been a brother of Tushratta or belonged to a rival line of the royal house. The Hittite king Suppiluliuma I made a treaty with Artatama following his invasion of Mitanni.

The name seems to be in an Aryan language related to Sanskrit and Avestan, and to start with the homolog of Sanskrit rta = "law".
