Arnotts is the oldest and largest department store in Dublin, Ireland. It has 2 shops in Dublin. Established in 1843 by Sir John Arnott, the main shop occupies much of the block behind the GPO to the West of O'Connell Street, between Henry St. and Abbey Street. The main entrance is on the pedestrianised Henry Street. Across O'Connell Street in North Earl Street is Arnotts sister store; Boyers & Co.

As of 2005, Arnotts is privately owned by a consortium, Nesbitt Acquisitions, comprising about 50 members of the Nesbitt family. Lead by Richard Nesbitt the store was bought out of public ownership by the consortium on 20th June 2003.

Arnotts is the main Dublin G.A.A. sponsor, and is expected to start sponsoring the Dublin Senior Camogie team shortly following their All Ireland victory in 2006.

In 2006, Nesbitt Acquisitions announced their plans to redevelop their properties located between O'Connell St and Liffey St incorporating the former Independent Building. The new development is called the Northern Quarter and is one of the largest rejuvenation projects to ever be undertaken in this area of the city centre. The estimated cost of the project is €750,000,000. The development will include a Spa Hotel, 189 apartments and a shopping plaza, with independent small outlets and of course the main Arnotts Department Store.

The project should see the Henry St area become the city centre's primary zone for shopping and entertainment.
