Arno Pijpers is a Dutch football coach and is currently the head coach of the Kazakhstan national football team as well as FC Astana. He worked for the Royal Netherlands Football Association as a youth coach, before taking up a dual role in being the coach of Estonian club FC Flora Tallinn and also the Estonia national football team. After the end of his contract, he joined Eredivisie club FC Utrecht as a technical director, before going to Kazakhstan.
