Arne Larsen was a Norwegian cross country skier who competed in the 1930's. He won a silver medal in the 4 x 10 km at the 1938 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti.

He received the Egebergs Ærespris in 1939, the last winner before the start of World War II.
