Armada Tower 1 is the tallest out of the three towers. When completed in 2007, it will have 40 floors which will serve for the same purpose except for one which will be a service floor. On the roof will be a swimming pool located next to a gymnasium and café. The façade will be an extrusion of blue tinted glass which will 'bulge' out from the building. There will be an area below the building which will not be present on the other towers which is five floors tall.

The towers are scheduled for completion in 2007, and when completed, will have 35 floors, 34 of which will be of the same usage. They will stand set back from Tower 1 however will have their backs facing each other.
