Arlen Quincy Harris (born April 22, 1980 in Chester, Pennsylvania) is an NFL running back for the Detroit Lions. He played college football for the University of Virginia. He won a PIAA State Championship at Downingtown Area High School. Quite notably HArris did not play his junior year due to and injury to his knee either his senoir year because he did not have good grades. Harris did not play football for 2 years until he made his return to the field in an Las Veas game and was named MVP
