Arkadak

Arkadak (Russian: Аркада́к) is a town in Saratov Oblast, Russia, located on the Bolshoy Arkadak River near its confluence with the river Khopyor 248 km west of Saratov at . Population: 14,438 (2002 Census); 14,244 (1989 Census).
Founded in 1721 as a village. Urban-type settlement status since 1939; town status since 1963.
