[edit] Circular Flow of Income

Ok, about Circular flow of income: it's great that you're willing to expand the article. However, because your edit looks professionally written (but doesn't follow the Manual of Style), and because you pasted it at the end of the article in a single edit, it looks like you copy/pasted it out of a book. This is what prompted User:Zotel to mark it as a copyvio. Granted, he could have been more polite about it, but he was not wrong.

When someone removes your edits for a reason you disagree with, the best recourse is to discuss the problem on the talk page. Simply undoing the change with no explanation is unacceptable. Insulting the other editor is unacceptable. Editing another editor's user page (without his or her permission) is always unacceptable. However, you are new here, and you didn't know, so I'll unblock you if you agree to be more polite in the future (you should be able to edit this page, or you can email me or any other admin and ask to be unblocked). -- Scott e 00:52, July 23, 2005 (UTC)
You've been unblocked. I've moved your edits to a temporary page. From there you can work them into the current article. Most of your text looks ok, but needs to be formatted (using section headings, lists, etc.). Don't worry too much about getting it exact; it can be cleaned up later.
I do have a question about the origin of the text. When you say that you own the copyright to it, do you mean that you literally claim the copyright, or simply that you wrote it? You should be aware that, per Wikipedia's copyright, anything you submit is released under the GNU Free Documentation License. -- Scott e 09:41, July 23, 2005 (UTC)

I've looked at the Circular flow entry and noticed that there are no cited references throughout the article. Since it appears you wrote major sections of the article, can you revisit it and provide those references? 24.17.42.210 05:42, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks for your RFA support

Hi Ari89! I've been on wikibreak for this past week, so here is a belated thank-you for your support in my successful RFA. If you ever need assistance around here, let me know. Happy new year (if that's your kind of thing)! jnothman talk 18:35, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging Image:Circular flow of income.JPG

Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Circular flow of income.JPG. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL-self}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Shyam (T/C) 09:14, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] UNBLOCK

Your user name or IP address has been blocked from editing. You were blocked by Kukini for the following reason (see our blocking policy): return vandal

Your IP address is ***.*.***.***.

Can i be unblocked already? It was NOT me who did any vandalism.--Ari89 15:22, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

Done, simply one of your ISPs proxies getting blocked because of someone elses actions. --pgk 19:36, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What license?

When you uploaded Image:Ari word1.png (which is up for speedy deletion as it looks like an exact copy of Image:Ari word.png), you said that the image was under the CC v2.5 No-Derivatives license, but but the image itself is tagged with a regular 2.5 license. Hbdragon88 07:13, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

The file is now gone so I doubt the licence type means anything anymore.--Ari89 13:50, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] WikiProject South Park

I have thought of creating a WikiProject for South Park since it is now near its' 10th anniversary and has more articles than ever. I feel we could all do the following things through this project:

  • Cleanup any short/poorly written/unformatted articles
  • Merge/lengthen the many character articles
  • Improve the South Park main page

I have seen your South Park fan template and wondered if you were interested in joining. If so reply to my talk page and I'll get back to you as quick as I can. Thanks, Mr. Garrison

[edit] Your edit to Yule

Your recent edit to Yule (diff) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to recognize and repair vandalism to Wikipedia articles. If the bot reverted a legitimate edit, please accept my humble creator's apologies – if you bring it to the attention of the bot's owner, we may be able to improve its behavior. Click here for frequently asked questions about the bot and this warning. // AntiVandalBot 04:07, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

I'm concerned because there is an edit by me that I never made.--Ari89 02:16, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] AriWord

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article AriWord, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. [edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Ari word.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:Ari word.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
