Arizona Rock 'n' Roll Marathon

Arizona's Rock 'n' Roll Marathon is sponsored by P.F. Chang's Chinese Bistro. Race day includes both the full marathon and the half marathon. The marathon can be used for a Boston Qualifier. The marathon route runs through Phoenix, Tempe, and Scotsdale Arizona. The start line for the full marathon is on Washington Street and the start line for the half marathon is on Jefferson Street. Along the route, over 70 bands and 40 cheer teams encourage runners. There is a UPS Check for runner's bags that can be dropped up at the start line and picked up at the finish line. The average start line temperature is around 40 degrees, and the average finish line temperature is between 50 and 60 degrees. The courses are flat and scenic, with numerous water stops along the route.
