Arianna Follis (born November 11, 1977) is an Italian cross country skier who has competed since 1995. She earned a bronze medal in the 4 x 5 km at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin and finished 7th in the Individual sprint in those same games.

Follis earned two bronze medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, earning them in the 4 x 5 km in 2005 and in the 10 km in 2007. She has five individual victories at various levels up to 10 km since 1998.
